1. Each academic year, review the 'Readers' list. As a rule only current pre-K teachers are 'Readers'. Review to see if the list needs to be changed.
2. To add 'Readers', click on 'Add Readers' under Settings and add the email address and 'Save'. Notify the new Readers to 'Accept' the invite and tell them that the Invitation is valid only for the first time. Once they get on the Blog, they should bookmark the Blog page for accessing in future. If they click on the Invitation link the second time, they will get an error saying that the link is no longer valid. So to get on the blog in furutre, they should either use the bookmark created earlier or use the link http://prekebook.blogspot.com .
